Philosophy #1: Wellness is the natural state of things. We are always moving toward wellness.
Philosophy #2: The wellness of the earth, of the soil, of plants, of animals, and of humans are one and the same. We are all components of the living earth.
Philosophy #3: Progress & practicality over perfection. Getting healthy can be simple, easy, and fun.
Philosophy #4: Health is not an end goal. Health is a flowing, changing, ongoing experience of feeling great, loving life, and living free.

Education
I will provide you with resources and knowledge about the body that I’ve learned (and continue to learn!) over my years of study of both nutrition and spiritual psychology. While I don’t believe in food rules, knowing what physiological impact foods are likely to have on the body and why is tremendously empowering in helping you make decisions about what to eat. While I always encourage clients to take inventory of how they feel when eating, effects (both good and bad) are not always instantaneous and may take some time. Knowing the science behind food choices can be extremely helpful when experimenting. I can also share tools to help with behavior change to make this journey a multidimensional experience, rather than just a physiological one.
Accountability
While anyone can certainly make dietary and lifestyle changes on their own, it can be difficult to do, especially if your family or social circle isn’t making the changes too. As a coach, I can keep you honest and on track to your goals and I can also provide cheerleading during the difficult moments. It is important for both of us to remember that I am not here to impose any particular standard of health upon you. Any accountability provided will be mutually agreed upon based on your goals and desired outcomes.
Support
As someone who has struggled with my physical and mental health myself and experimented a ton, I am here to support you as a guide with encouragement and curiosity. While our stories and experiences may differ, my passion for wellness and my belief that it should be easy, fun, and natural can help you keep it light and know that you have someone with you the whole way. I will help you overcome the many “food rules” you’ve been taught along your health journey, support you in overcoming your fear of or obsession with the scale, and help you have a more peaceful relationship with food, eating, and your body.
